Are you a member of a club or society? Many are always looking for members to help in one way or another. The committee has great ideas for increasing membership, a newsletter, a web page, but when it comes down to it; Who's going to do the work?

It's all very well writing the words but a newsletter needs to be produced, printed, packed and sent. All those envelopes to be addressed, all those stamps! Not too bad when there are only a few members but as the membership increases so does the workload. Many clubs and associations have difficulty at this point.
